1.Acceptance of These Terms

2.What BiggerStakes Is (and Is Not)

• No automation. Bots, scripts, or any automated means of claiming rewards are prohibited.
• No exploitation. Attempting to manipulate cooldowns, prize odds, referral attribution, or leaderboards is prohibited.
• We may adjust prizes, odds, cooldowns, and leaderboard cycles at any time, and may void claims obtained through abuse.

6.Prizes & Leaderboards

Prizes won in the Daily Reward Case or through leaderboard placements are promotional giveaways provided by us or our partners.

• Winners are contacted using the email or platform account they logged in with. It is your responsibility to be reachable; unclaimed prizes may expire after 30 days.
• Prizes are non-transferable and, unless explicitly stated, have no cash alternative.
• Leaderboard standings are based on activity recorded by our systems; our records are final in the event of a dispute.
• We may withhold prizes where we reasonably suspect abuse, multi-accounting, or fraud.

7.Content Disclaimer
