- Contact Information: If you reach out to us via our Contact Form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
- Usage Data & Activity: When you use our features, such as the Daily Reward Case, we record your claims, the prizes you have won, the amounts, and timestamps of your activity. This data is used to maintain your account history and populate our weekly and monthly leaderboards.
- Cookies and Session Data: We use first-party cookies for login sessions, your preferences, anonymous statistics and promo-code attribution. The full list, and how to control each category, is in Section 3 below.

Your claims history and account details are stored securely using industry-standard database management. We retain this information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services and fulfill our legal obligations.

While logged in, you can download a copy of everything we store about your account, or permanently delete your account and claim history, through our automated data endpoints — or reach us via the Contact Form and we will handle it for you.
